Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FungiERP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FungiERP is a cloud-based farm management platform for mushroom cultivation businesses. The Service includes tools for tracking cultures, spawn, substrates, harvests, orders, and related operations.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

  • The Service offers free trial and paid subscription plans.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in USD.
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you enter into FungiERP.
  • We do not access, use, or share your farm data for any purpose other than providing the Service.
  • You can export your data at any time.
  • Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.

7. Availability & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
